I have been home a little while and there has been a lot of things going on. My mother had the Covid Virus, so I had to take care of her with that. A dog moved in with me. She is a real sweetheart, but she is very headstrong. We are having fun though. I forgot just how much work a younger dog was.
With my Mom’s Covid, I started writing a post about keeping hydrated. Be on the lookout for that. I have ran out of water a couple of times on hikes. On one occasion I wasn’t sure I was going to make it to the nearest water source.
Saturday starts project feeder watch, so get ready for bird stuff. That is when I start my count/tally of how much bird food I go through in the winter. I don’t remember exactly how much food I went through last year… but it was likely close to 200 pounds.
